The Source Of High-End Quality For Our Fiberglass Mesh
From raw material selection to quality control, every step is carefully executed to deliver products that exceed expectations.
The production of fiberglass mesh begins with the selection of high-quality raw materials. Aiswix raw materials for production use gold pot yarn and acrylic latex to ensure the strength of the warp and weft yarns of the mesh.
Once the fiberglass form molten glass, they cool and solidify rapidly as they exit the spinneret. To increase the fiber’s strength and durability, these individual fibers are collected and twisted together to form yarn.
Fiberglass yarns are cross-woven on the loom to form a net-like structure. Aiswix use an active warp relaxation mechanism to reduce warp deformation due to tension changes, resulting in a strong yet flexible mesh fabric.
Aiswix use high-precision equipment to smooth the surface of the film and apply specially formulated resins or coatings on the fibers to enhance the adhesion and performance of the final product.
The final step is the packaging of the fiberglass mesh, which Aiswix usually wrap in protective material and put in a sturdy box or tray. Web rolls or sheets are carefully packed to protect the finished product from damage during shipping and storage.
Quality control is an important step to ensure that the fiberglass mesh meets the required standards, Aiswix conduct various tests such as visual inspection, coating thickness measurement, adhesion test and other tests to verify the final quality and performance.
Aiswix use specialized knives or tools to trim the mesh to the required size or specific shape, ensuring that the mesh is dimensionally accurate and ready for its intended application, Aiswix can also make additional cuts and process to meet customer’s special needs.
Before drying and curing, excess coating is removed by heating the oven to evaporate the solvent or moisture in the coating. The resin or polymer coating reacts chemically to form a stable film on the fibers, during which time residual solvents are completely removed.
