150mm Fiberglass Powder Excellent Mechanical Properties For Construction
Fiberglass powder is made by chopping, grinding and sieving specially prepared E-glass roving with fiber length between 50-210 microns, designed for reinforcement of thermosetting resins, thermoplastic resins and coating applications. The product can be classified as coated or uncoated to improve the mechanical properties, wear resistance and surface appearance of composite materials.

Product Applications
The mats are compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and other various resins.
It’s mainly used in hand lay-up, filament winding and compression molding processes. The typical FRP products are panels, tanks, boats, complete set of sanitary equipment, automotive parts, cooling towers, pipes etc.
Package
Fiberglass powder can be packed in bulk bags, heavy duty boxes, composite plastic woven bags, each bag can bear 900kg-1000kg in bulk, cardboard boxes, composite plastic woven bags can hold 15kg-25kg per bag. The whole pallet is packed in plastic bags and affixed with two labels. Each pallet has 4 layers, 7 bags per layer, a total of 28 plastic bags. Customized packaging can be made according to special requirements.
